Master Builder W.P. Saggs has been building yachts for the Neptune’s Mug for a long time, and it might be time to finally retire. But this year is different, and he knows it after he receives anonymously submitted blueprints that appear to be for the yacht of the century. When a new builder with a harrowing past joins his ranks, though, it may risk the race — but in exchange for something more.
